    The following cancellation fees will apply if reservation is cancelled . . .

    • Up to 61 Days Prior to Sailing = No cancellation penalty (full-refund)

    • 60 to 30 Days Prior to Sailing (Sept. 21-Oct. 20, 2009) = $150 per person penalty

    • 29 to 8 Days Prior to Sailing (Oct. 21-Nov. 11, 2009) = 50% of Total Cruise Fare

    • 7 Days Prior to Sailing (Nov. 12-Nov. 19, 2009) = 100% of Total Cruise Fare
