The following cancellation fees will apply if reservation is cancelled . . .

• Up to 61 Days Prior to Sailing = No cancellation penalty (full-refund)

• 60 to 30 Days Prior to Sailing (Jun 30-Aug 14, 2009) = $250 per person penalty

• 29 to 8 Days Prior to Sailing (Aug 15-Sept 6, 2009) = 50% of Total Cruise Fare

• 7 Days Prior to Sailing (Sept 7-13, 2009) = 100% of Total Cruise Fare
